Can't cancel Fortnite crew Via xbox

So I learned that the Fortnite crew needs to be cancelled via Xbox but it only shows up in my purchases and not subscription and I can't cancel it via the web because I can't access that Microsoft account but the controller signs me in for Xbox and so I basically can't cancel the subscription
