What does 'disconnecting from the network' mean?
What symptoms do you have? Error messages?
The wifi is good. It gets good signal. But ever since a week ago i downloaded marvel rivals and the xbox just kept disconnecting from the wifi every 5 min its a pattern. No other device in the house does that
Also when i try and use cloud gaming. It disconnects everytime.
I think something is wrong
What does disconnect mean, what error message are you getting?
Is it connected to the Gigi but can’t access the Internet?
Does it say that the entire wifi name has disappeared?

Its my dads xbox. I put mine just because. But he wont let me factory reset

You can’t do the most important troubleshooting step if you don’t know what your password is.
Its on my moms email.
So we can just send the code
but um no one fixed this issue online
You need to figure out the password issue first.
You need to be able to factory reset your Xbox as part of basic network troubleshooting.
“Something weird and unexplainable is happening” —> factory reset
I am not sure it will fix it.
I am sure it is a critical step in troubleshooting.
