I’ve tried already it’s still flashing

I’ve even used a wire to sync it and it’s flashing with the wire

Press and hold the Xbox button for 5-10 seconds, until the controller turns off. Wait a few seconds, then press and hold the Xbox button again to turn the controller back on.
Hold down the sync button on the top of the controller until the light on the Xbox button starts flashing rapidly, then try pairing it again
