Xbox turning on with TV

How do I make my xbox not turn on automatically when I switch the tv on?? I hate having to turn it off each time

I tried turning off the HDMI CEC thing but that didn't work (suggested by chatgpt)

I only want it to start when I turn on the controller

Disabling cec control is the correct move.
Double check that you actually saved the change and then restart your Xbox

You might also want to turn off CEC on your television as well, in case something's misbehaving.
