xbox one game issues

every time i get to a part in gta V, the xbox shuts down before i can finish it (it only closes at that specific part) is it an issue with rhe vents or is the motherboard cooked like what the maintenance guy said

the thing is they didnt clean the vents how do ik they didnt fully check if thats causing the issue or not
