Hello, I want to use my credit number balance to buy something, but when I'm supposed to receive a verification code, I don't get it...Don't you know what it could be, I also wrote to T-Mobile where I have my phone number and they told me they didn't see that I had blocked messages or something.🤷

Xbox series S, I tried to write to T-Mobile where I have my phone number and I tried to have Xbox send me the verification number over and over again and still nothing
