my pc game pass games wont launch if in F drive but works fine if moved to C drive

Hi, as the title says I'm getting error code 0x803f8007 To play this you need to buy it.

The games were originally downloaded from my main account when i had game pass now I'm using a friend account who have the ultimate subscription via microsoft store and my main account logged in the Xbox app

I tried the to:
-verify and repair the game
-install and reinstall game services
-restart the pc multiple times
-launch diffrent games
-download from the microsft store directly
-uninstall and reinstall the game
