I saw alot of people accusing microsft of scamming them but I want to ask here to make sure I won't get scammed

If you cancel the default is you are in game pass until your subscription would have ended

https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/subscriptions-billing/buy-games-apps/refund-orders is the general refund page but I am not giving you any confirmation this can work with subscriptions
The link Tacti posted may indicate you can only refund the remaining time in your subscription in those specific countries
