Dishonored instant crash on startup

Dishonred Death of The Outsider does not even start, only the thumbnail loading screen pops in, it says "Launching game.." and at the 2nd second of that, instant error message:

Error code: (0xc0000005).

Specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 8600G
RTX4060 Ti 8GB
32GB DDR5 RAM
Xbox app and the game both installed on SSD.
Windows 11 Pro x64

DirectX, and everything redist installed.

I have tried: Updating Windows, restarting pc and xbox app.
All drivers including Graphics Card drivers are up to date.
Windows is up to date.
Tried running it as administrator.
Tried turning off Windows Defender and any other anti virus, and even made a reboot after that, not worked.

Also: I had no issues with any other Xbox Games on this pc.
