#Keyboard not working on Xbox

I’ve been having this issue for a while now. The issue is when I try to type something out use my keyboard it doesn’t work. For example if I were to press “w” it would register the input as if I were pressing shift to make my letter uppercase. Furthermore if this happens it sticks around and also causes my controller to do the same thing until I restart my Xbox. Overall this issue has been very annoying and I’ve tried multiple keyboards on my Xbox and have got the same issue every time.

I’ve tried it on other devices like my laptop and it works fine

I think it honestly might be a hardware issue

And a mix matching of inputs from the controller and keyboard
