Hey, so I recently started making Youtube Videos of Age of Mytholgoy Retold. I used the in-game music for my Videos but now one of my Videos got a Copyright detection, in which I used "N. D. Nile" as background music. I searched the song that Youtube claims to have detected and found an Artist that basically used the song 1:1 and put a Copyright on it, while not referencing to Microsoft nor XBox or making any content related to those. Now, I read through the XBox Game Content Usage Rules and think that this is not following those rules properly, as it limits other creators in sharing their content and claiming Copyright for XBox' Intellectual property. My question is, if I got this right and, if yes, where can I report it?

Checking... it seems like a copyright impersonation of the music Age of Mythology's "N. D. Nile" by Kevin Mcmullan

A video from 15 years ago with that song with the rights to the original author apparently.

The only the copyright strike notice from YouTube should have information on how to dispute it.

But editing the song out of the video will be the fastest solution.
