I turned it off after an issue with a game that froze the xbox. I did a reset and it powered up to the green loading screen and didn't load further, I did another reset and the same. So ofcourse I looked up the problem as "xbox stuck on green screen fix" followed it (all it told me to was a cache clear) Then when I pressed the power button it didn't turn on (xbox mobile app was saying console on but couldn't connect) then I did another reset and im stuck back on the green loading screen.
What could be causing this issue?
