A few months ago my Xbox randomly gone to the something went wrong screen and wouldn't go back but randomly worked again, now a few days ago my Xbox did the same thing and now is not logging into my account but my brothers account works, I've tried to do an offline update but it gets stuck at 95%, today when I turned it on after leaving it on all night to see if it would update I tried to log in to my account and it froze, I'm not sure if my Xbox has an software problem or hardware problem, I've checked the Microsoft website and now looks like my only option is a factory reset, can anyone figure out if there isn't another option?

I did everything that Microsoft said even factory reset
But now the problem is that my Xbox doesn't want to log in to my account
