So apparently I can't on the Xbox network and I'm trying to play my games, but unfortunately it's saying "You need to be online". My wifi is turned on and running, but I can't run my Xbox app, nor my games. My apps are running fine like YouTube

Have you deleted and maybe reconnected your wifi yet? Like completely forget it and input the Wi-Fi password again and reconnect? Try that real quick.

Just to double check, what do you mean by “I can’t run the Xbox app or games”
Was that a typo or what is “the Xbox app” that you’re trying to run?

Have you removed the account from your Xbox via settings:accounts:remove accounts, rebooted, and readded it?

Have you done a factory reset of your console, keeping your games and apps?

Please confirm that with a web browser in incognito or private browsing mode that you are unable to log on to Xbox.com, and confirm what error message you receive when trying to do that
