#didn't get refunded

Basically I refunded the BO6 vault edition maybe an hour ago. It says on the website it's been refunded but I haven't gotten my money. It told me the card that I made the purchase with and the money isn't on my Xbox acc balance, do I have to wait a few days or should I contact actual support? #1091756150644555946
