I clicked on the set up console on my phone but still nothing has appeared on the screen it's just stuck om "Xbox" please help I don't want this tk be a waste of money

I’d just wait a while and not interrupt the Xbox by turning it on and off :)

The first boot took a little while for me too

You can set it up without your phone, all you have to do is click setup without app/phone on the bottom of the screen I'm pretty sure

I've waited so long to get this and the fact it's not working is so upsetting and annoying g

Because the place j bought it from won't let me return it

Why won't they let you return it? If you have the receipt and it's faulty then you can always return it. They're lying to you. Unless it was a private sale

So when you turn the Xbox on what does it do? Just stay on 1 screen? Can you send me a picture of the screen?
