I’d just wait a while and not interrupt the Xbox by turning it on and off :)
The first boot took a little while for me too
You can set it up without your phone, all you have to do is click setup without app/phone on the bottom of the screen I'm pretty sure
Omg no listen it's stuck on the Xbox screen for the past 20 mins
Everything online I'd saying it should be instant

I've waited so long to get this and the fact it's not working is so upsetting and annoying g
Because the place j bought it from won't let me return it
