friend lost access to their account after 9 years the dont have access to email or phone number that was linked to the account is there anyway to get back into it?

if they don't know what their email address was, don't know what the recovery backup email address was, and don't have the original phone number anymore then.... no?

those are the keys to the castle. Support's not going to give you access to an account just for knowing the gamertag
