- What did you try to do and what happened? (Be specific—mention your Xbox model, PC version, Insider ring, or anything relevant.)
- **What have you tried to do to fix it already? **(List everything you’ve done to fix it.)
- Have you searched the error code or for similar problems? (Tell us what you found.)
If you don’t answer these, you might not get a response.
If the refund was accepted it can take up to a few weeks for the money to be returned.
If the refund has not been approved or declined, the original email or website should tell you that after several days you can contact support for assistance
And note that the delays are “business days” which don’t include the weekends or night hours

i refunded a game on saturday
and the next day sunday it refunded that fast
how do ik if the refunds are accepted?
They'll email you whether you got accepted or denied.

There is no guarantee that they will approve your request. You just need to wait a few business days to find out.
