So I'm staying at a hotel and i was playing a game called the first descendant and out of nowhere I was taken to YouTube and a video started playing so how did it happen and what can i do to prevent it?

I am on the Xbox Series S and out of nowhere my Xbox went on YouTube when i was playing a game so currently i turned it all the way off and took it off sleep mode and went on google and signed my xbox out of google but i just don't understand how that happened so i want to know how i can prevent it from happening again.
