I had an account under the username Bumble08bee for many years. Unfortunately the Email for the account was deactivated by iinet due to a Trojan Virus that took over my account. I have been unable to sign in to Minecraft or any of my other Microsoft products due to this email no longer existing, When I try these accounts come up saying that they dont exist. I am really stuck on what to do and terrified of losing all my progress on various Microsoft titles that I have spent a decent bit on. I have tried contacting Microsoft support but they refuse to let a human talk to me and all their options are for resetting pasword or changing usernames not recovering accounts. Im really stuck could someone please give me some advice?
