When I talk in a voice chat on Xbox, the people I’m playing with can’t hear my voice properly. They say my voice sounds choppy and robotic. I recently bought the Xbox Wireless Headset 2024 in hopes that it would fix the issue, but unfortunately, it didn’t. Before that, I was using a SteelSeries Arctis Nova 1 headset. It worked fine at first, but after a while, it started causing these problems. When I used the same headset on the Nintendo Switch, my friends said the microphone worked fine there. Is there a solution for this? Thanks in advance!

I tried to reset the headset multiple times, i checked the wifi and made sure it’s as good as it can be. I tried connecting it to other devices and it worked like a charm over there
