I'm trying to redeem the 14-Day Gamepass Code on both Microsoft and XBOX app itself, but it keeps saying to read the instructions code, anyone know how to resolve this issue?

That means you've either had Game Pass before or you're not in a supported region. Trial codes are for new subscribers only.

and it still keeps saying there is an error.

Using a second account is considered fraud and violates Terms of Service.

You've trialled Game Pass already, so if you want to use it again, you pay for it.

A year worth of GP, I never trialled GP.

Basically the same thing. Trials are for users who have NEVER had Game Pass before.
