I entered a 3-month PC GAMEPASS ULTIMATE code, I can see in my subscriptions that I have the PC/XBOX subscription and that I have access to multiplayer but I can't on my Xbox, is this normal?

PC Gamepass and Game Pass Ultimate are two different things.
PC Game Pass doesn't give you access to online on XBox.

That just shows that you can buy it, not that you have it. Check your actual subscriptions through your XBox account.. I don't remember the site, but I usually just google XBox Manage Subscriptions and login that way.
