My fiancé has tried to put his new card info (same number just new code on back and expiration date as last card expired)
We tried adding it, the bank on their end messed up the expiration date themselves but we didn’t find out till after contacting Microsoft and them saying wait 24hrs for an email to tell us when we are good to try again. As we tried like 20+ times…
But the card issue on the bank end is fixed. It’s my fiancés birthday, we were just trying to get gamepass back up and running to play his favorite games, and waiting 24hrs is just really annoying him at this point.
Is there any way around that? Do we call again to try and get them to lift whatever bar they put on his account to need to wait?
It’s a brand new card printed today at location, they fixed their end of the contradicting information (expiration date being incorrect to what’s on the actual card), we just wanted to play some games together after he got out of work today and it’s just not working.
Please let me know if there is a way to fix this quicker.
