I have an Xbox Series X that has been regularly crashing and restarting. I’ve tried factory resetting the machine multiple times to no avail.
I’ve ruled out the possibility of it being a power supply issue, so the only thing else it seems like it could be is a bad SSD, some bad SSD sectors, or possibly bad RAM. Theoretically, a full format of the SSD might be able to fix the issue, but aside from performing a factory reset (which seems to only initialize a Quick Format, if that), I’m not sure how I would go about repairing the SSD.
The Xbox has never been opened or repaired before, but it’s out of warranty.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to diagnose the issue and potentially fix it?
