Xbox constantly restarts when installing/launching games and updates

My Xbox Series X has been on the fritz for a couple weeks now. It started when I went to install CoD6, where it suddenly restarted after installing for a while.

After a bunch of restarts, I decided to try and update the Xbox. The update never worked and constantly restarted.

I was eventually able to perform an offline update and full wipe, then set the Xbox up again. However, after trying to launch a few games and install stuff, the Xbox continued to restart randomly.

Eventually I assumed it was the PSU, since that can cause those issues.

Well, I just installed a brand new PSU and it’s still doing the same thing. So now I’m stumped. What else could be wrong with the machine?
