I'm trying to enable vibration on my Elite Series 2 Controller but I can't find an option to do so in the Xbox Accessories app. I'm playing Judgement and I'm trying to get vibration feedback when hovering over hints and clues. Vibration is enabled in-game, and the vibration motors still work as it vibrates whenever I rest it in the charging case or plug it in directly, so I assume there's some setting I'm missing somewhere to enable it. I'm on Windows 10 and I play using an official Xbox branded dongle.
