Game Pass Ultimate won't Game-Share

I recently made a friends account my consoles Home Xbox since they had Game Pass Ultimate. After setting it as my Home and restarting my console, I still can't play any games online? Can you not share Game Pass Ultimate anymore to play multiplayer games I own?

To add, my own Game Pass Ultimate subscription ended today, so I'm not sure if that would be conflicting with it or not.

Either the account doesn’t have game pass or it’s not set as home.

it's set as my home and I just checked, it has a game pass subscription active with the next payment being months from now

Just fyi gamesharing with “friends” is against the terms of service. You can only do it with people who live with you. Your accounts could get banned.

"set as my home" isn't correct. The account is set a home xbox. home shares to that xbox.

which should give me access to game pass games, and xbox gold (or online play)

hopefully that clears up your confusion

sign into the game pass profile, then switch profile don't sign out. check if you have access to game pass library on the other profile.
