Controller Connection Issue

I have tried researching multiple times for countless hours and cannot find a fixing. My controller always disconnects then reconnects every 10 seconds making any game not playable, I’ve tried to wires, controllers, battieres, etc. I’ve spent $500+ trying to fix this issue and still happening. I play Xbox one.
