does anyone else have this issue when trying to claim the free nitro on gamepass? if so is there a fix? it essentially just stays loading permenantly

I had no problems when I did it a few months ago, but if you want, you can try to request the code through the Xbox app on PC or Android. Also check if any other promo fails.
