When I click on sign in, I'm given a loading screen for about 2 minutes and then it directs me right back to the home page . Please help I just want to play BO6 on my computer.

I tried to click sign in on the Xbox app and basically nothing happened
I've tried repairing game services, reinstalling the app multiple times, inserting many commands in command promt and powershell, restarting my computer, trying to repair the app.
There's no error code, and I followed an 11 step video on youtube and nothing resolved the issue
