#Can't Log into Xbox app on PC or launch Astroneer

I just got a trial for Xbox PC Game Pass, and I want to play astroneer with my friend since its on game pass, but it won't launch from the microsoft store, and my Xbox app won't let me log in.

For the Xbox app, when I click sign in, a little green circle just loads and then after a while, it takes me back to the home screen.
