I know this community doesn't support suspensions but why is it every time I try logging in to my Xbox Account on my pc it constantly says "we can't sign you in because your account has been suspended from Xbox live " But my account isn't banned? I looked on the enforcement page and there is nothing there and it works perfectly fine on my console but not on my PC, my account isn't banned and it confuses me, I tried a freshly made Xbox account and still gives me the same message when I try and login on the Xbox App on my PC using unbanned and freshly made accounts with NO SUSPENSIONS. Is there a fix around this?

So far I have tried:

Restarting/resetting my WIFI router
Restarting my pc, unplugging and plugging it back in
Checking for updates and updating my windows os and the Xbox app itself
Clearing cache
Repair/resetting app data
Checking the account for enforcement actions
Tried switching to different networks
Tried reinstalling the Xbox App
Tried logging in and logging back out

only thing that would make sense is that the account isnt baned but the device is,

they can ban a device connecting too there servers,

I didn't know they can ban PC's

#

I thought they only ban Xbox Consoles
