I have a Xbox 360 and a account I bought its from cd keys or somethin like that but it's a Turkish account it has Bo2 pre installed when I try to install Bo2 on my 360 it gets corrupted but on my xbox series s it works fine does anyone know how to fix it and the 360 is NOT modded

I tried reinstalling it but that still didn't work and I asked in the reddit and no one knew how to fix it they said to reinstall it and I did that but it still didn't work and I get NO error code
