Havit H2002D on Xbox Series S Controller not working well

guys can someone please please please help me

ive bought a havit h2002d headset, but when i use it on the controller, the microphone doesnt works, ive alredy tried every single turorial on youtube

also, when its fully pluged in, the sound only works for one side of the headset, so i have to use it not fully pluged, but either ways the microphone doesnt works. please help me
