Phone number cannot be added as an alias.

I’ve used this Xbox account, same email and phone number for years.

When I go to redeem Xbox gift card thru the rewards program why do I get constant errors stating verification cannot be done with my or anybody I knows phone number???????

This has been for over a year.

I would advise contacting Rewards support about this. It's not really something we can handle here.
