If the web page is simply not loading you can try a different browser or incognito mode
That's not the issue, it's not giving me the option to re-enter my card number
Like when you would normally be brought to the Microsoft store to enter a new payment method, it shows me an error screen
what Tacti is saying is no one here can ask you for your account info look up on Microsofts back end and tell you the issue. You need too contact support they will be able too look at your account and have an idea on what the issue is
