@austere cobalt Thanks for posting! Please remember, support here is volunteer-based and not official. Be patient after posting, and don’t spam or ask in other channels.
If your issue is about accounts, billing, contact Xbox Support directly.
If your issue is related to an Enforcement action, no one here can help.
To help us help you, make sure to answer:
- What did you try to do and what happened? (Be specific—mention your Xbox model, PC version, Insider ring, or anything relevant.)
- **What have you tried to do to fix it already? **(List everything you’ve done to fix it.)
- Have you searched the error code or for similar problems? (Tell us what you found.)
If you don’t answer these, you might not get a response.

I'm not sure what you're looking for.
If your controller is broken beyond what calibration and deadzones can fix, then you have to buy a new one. If you messed up calibration somehow, by like not actually moving the sticks all the way or whatever, then all you need to do is rereun calibration.
I sent you a photo of what I’m talking about that’s wrong with my stick in your DMs
You sent me a random picture from a random website that shows something that doesn’t make sense.
In the future please note that we don’t do support via DM or VC.
If recalibrating your joystick doesn’t make it work then the stick drift is so bad that you need a new one.
But I don’t even have stick drift
It changed my sensitivity
On my controller
I want the sensitivity to change back
That’s all
I’m on a normal standard controller
And when I’m doing the first to steps in the recalibration does it matter if I go fast
Go at the speed the animation shows
Then do it again and follow the instructions and visual hints.
This process shouldn’t take more than 2 minutes for both sticks and the triggers. I don’t know what’s going on over there tbh
Can I call you and show you how I do the recalibration, I’ll be muted tho
In the future please note that we don’t do support via DM or VC.
this is not the first time that I've mentioned that. I now have multiple messages from you in my DMs.
I'm sorry that you're having trouble.
Isn’t there a way you can reset the deadzone on my controller
Btw people on pc can reset there recalibration and wondering if yall can add a option to do the same
I've answered that question many times. Like literally that exact question.
No. There is no "Reset" button.
If you messed up during your calibration you just run it again.
I've said that, and also noted multiple times in both general chat and support chat that if your controller can't be calibrated then it is probably too far gone and needs to be replaced.
At this point I wish you teh best of luck.
