Hi, I’ve been having a problem with my Xbox series X with packet loss. It is one percent and I can’t join parties because it says my connection is not connected, but the Wi-Fi is completely fine but the multiplayer keeps on having issues this is an Xbox series X from CeX.

It says the problem is MTU but when I turn off my Wi-Fi for 30 seconds and turn it back on, it’s still has the same problem.

If anyone could help.
