My friend is trying to get his xbox account back, but he doesn't have access to his email or his password, and he recently got his phone number changed. Me and him have a lot of memories on that account, and we can't figure out how to get it back. We always just get sent to the same form that we've put in like 50 times and the same exact AI support. Please help ASAP

You’ll need to figure out your email. There is no way to log in without it.
Okay I’ll rewrite that as “you need to be able to access your email”
If you don’t remember the password you’ll need to use whatever password recovery forms your email provider offers
