I downloaded Ginchen Impact, and when I want to go in and play with it, it says to me “ do you own this game or app? If you bought this online make sure you’re signed in, if you don’t have rights for playing it, you’ll need to get it at the microsoft store, when i click “ see in microsoft store “ i can’t manage it or install it

1- i tried to install it from my phone from xbox website and then when it’s done with installing it didn’t let me in
2- i tried to manage it but it doesn’t appear on it
