#Can’t cancel subscription for gamepass

If you get errors when trying to cancel something you need to contact official support
But if you want to extend your subscription just buy more you don’t need to cancel and buy again
I can’t it says I already own it and that I should wait 24 hours for the payment to go through
But it’s been a week…
And when I try contact Microsoft support I get errors on their call like “sorry we can’t process your call, try again later” and when I message them I don’t get anything back
Unfortunately with that amount of accoubt issue they will likely be the only people that can help.
You can have up to 3 years worth of time on your account so “you already have it” is weird

I’m thinking of making a new account with gamepass and keep my old one for the other games
It’s a very annoying issue and only fix I’ve seen in internet is to get ahold of support which I’m having no luck with
Note that having multiple accounts is the path to chaos and tears.

if your payment declined you need to pay the past due before you can renew.
