Kids gave me a factory reset Xbox. They did it because they wanted to fix something.
Now, obviously installed games and save data is gone, but the games themselves seem to be gone from the account, like GTA V which had to be bought again. And the GTA Online character with 30M is also gone, but afaik it should be saved on a cloud.
First thing that comes to my mind is that they have milion email accounts, and they just logged it to a wrong one, but they swear it's the correct account, and indeed the account name is the same as I remember. There was also some account purchase history that further confirms it's the correct one.
