Can’t login to my Microsoft account

I saw that the 911 rally is in the FH5 playlist so I went and turned on my Xbox and when I tried to login to my account, it says I need a parent or guardian but my account is an adult account, and then when I try to sign in again, it says too many requests, did someone hack my account, I just want my account back and Microsoft fixing their servers. I tried using another account for parent stuff but it didn’t work
