@fading aspen Thanks for posting! Please remember, support here is volunteer-based and not official. Be patient after posting, and don’t spam or ask in other channels.
If your issue is about accounts, billing, contact Xbox Support directly.
If your issue is related to an Enforcement action, no one here can help.
To help us help you, make sure to answer:
- What did you try to do and what happened? (Be specific—mention your Xbox model, PC version, Insider ring, or anything relevant.)
- **What have you tried to do to fix it already? **(List everything you’ve done to fix it.)
- Have you searched the error code or for similar problems? (Tell us what you found.)
If you don’t answer these, you might not get a response.
@fading aspen Per rule 2, please state your support question in English.
Someone I would like to buy an Xbox because I have very confusing questions Is it necessary to subscribe online? What are the battery prices and does the Xbox controller connect to a cable charger? If I buy a game pass, do I get free games?
To play non-free games online, you need Game Pass Core, Standard, or Ultimate.
Controller connects with a cable but only play and charge kit batteries will charge while doing so.
The cable will power the controller or you can use AA batteries. I can't share prices as that depends on where you live.
If you buy Game Pass, you will get access to games. They are not yours to keep, you can only play them while you are subscribed.
The list of games depends on which Game Pass you subscribe to. You can find that list on the Xbox website.
Wait a minute, so if I want to play, whether a free game or not, I need a subscription, or online is free for some categories or for all?
@twin sorrel
No, that's why I said non-free
