I have a problem with my Xbox One when I do the update, the first 2 steps work fine, but the restart step bugs (it stays on the black screen for at least 5 minutes) and when it finally restarts, it tells me to perform the update and I have to start all over again. As a result, I can't play on the internet and some games don't work anymore... does anyone know how to do this?
