So basically, whenever I try to log into my account, it says password required. I enter the password it lets me through, but it still says press to sign in and I keep doing it. I’ve reset my Xbox many times, but it just doesn’t work.

You have tagged this as both a Series and a One console issue. Which is actually having the problem
