guys , my xbox one is running very slowly the past 1-2 weeks and idk why.. games wont load , when i want to open any app the loading screen will take a while , my settings also wont open.. is there something i can do to fix it? can anyone help?
its been 5 years since i got the xbox and this is the first time im dealing with something like this.. if anyone could help me i would really appreciate it!!

That’s not a good sign lol.
Factory reset, uninstall/reinstall game, those are the main troubleshooting steps when they start having trouble launching

i saw a guy on youtube thay went to settings and reset it but in a way that the xbox would still keep the games , thats what i did
Rn i just saw another guy do something different.. idk man i might try that too.. ive lost hope lol

Factory reset gives you the option to keep your games or to delete them
