Mic sound not working saying music app is blocking it In audio and music I’ve tried googling it

I’ve tried YouTube, Google for the solution and I couldn’t find anything to help. So basically my mic isn’t producing any sound I go into audio and music it says search music app and there’s a gray bar on headset chat mixer
