i think that the noise is from the cooler, but i know for sure from where it is, can somebody help me? (ps: the noise is really louder)

The clip on imgur is silent and the mute option is greyed out, so can't toggle it off. Seems it uploaded as a gif rather than an actual video.

But if the noise is actually 'louder asf' and you're not just exaggerating, then I'd recommend contacting Support to discuss a possible return for repair.
